This 1st International Congress of Gastronomic Tourism, offers an opportunity for major experts in gastronomic tourism to discuss the current situation, and the future of the industry, and the challenges of the Gastronomic Tourism sector worldwide.

The congress concludes with a B2B encounter: 1st Gastronomic Tourism Workshop, in which tour-operators and travel agencies specializing in gastronomic tourism will participate and attend B2B meetings (Business to Business) with representatives of the different gastronomic destinations present at the fair.
